Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga Raja yoga is considered The Royal path and is translated as royal marriage from Sanskrit. The system of Raja yoga comes from the teachings of Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras which were written between 100 and 300 A.D.. Some could also refer to the system of yoga has Ashtanga Yoga, however Raja yoga has become the conventional terminology employed for the practice of yoga directed by Ptanjali’s Yoga Sutras and a few distinctions separate both from another. Here, we’re primarily concerned with the traditional system of Raja yoga which has been practiced in India since the roots of the Sutras. Therefore these two facilities are necessary in order for spiritual growth to happen. Some religious masters like Swami Tureyananda consider that Raja yoga is practiced after one has got considerable transformation through preliminary practices of yoga.
